Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Whisk melted butter and chocolate chips until smooth.
3. Whisk 4 eggs. Add brown sugar, sour cream and vanilla extract. Mixture should be light yellow.
4. Slowly fold in the melted chocolate/butter mixture.
5. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder and salt, and fold it into the batter until combined.
6. Spray a 9x13 baking tray with oil or line with parchment paper and our in the batter.
7. Break 15 Oreo cookies and pour them into the batter.
8. Add the remaining batter into the baking tray and sprinkle the rest of the Oreos.
9. Bake for 35 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before cutting.

Instructions
1. Combine oats, rice cereal and Oreos in a bowl.
2. Bring sugar, honey and butter to a boil in a small saucepan on medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook for 2 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and add in vanilla extract.
4. Add to oats mixture, mix well.
5. Push into bottom of square pan sprayed with cooking spray.
6. Refrigerate for 1 hour before cutting.

Instructions
1. Melt the chocolate.
2. Finely crush the Oreo cookies.
3. Soften the cream cheese in a bowl and mix with most of the cookie crumbs.
4. Shape into 48 (25mm) balls and freeze for 10 minutes.
5. Dip the balls in melted white chocolate and place on a shallow wax paper lined pan.
6. Refrigerate for an hour or until firm.
7. Sprinkle the cookie balls with additional crumbs and serve.

Instructions
1. Line a square pan with parchment paper or wax paper and set aside.
2. In a medium saucepan, set over medium-low heat, combine the white chocolate chips, butter, condensed milk, and salt together. Stir until melted and smooth.
3. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract and all but ¼ cup of the crushed Oreo cookies.
4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Sprinkle the top with the remaining ¼ cup Oreo cookies.
5. Refrigerate until firm and cut into squares.

Instructions
1. In a bowl beat your cream until stiff peaks form.
2. In a separate bowl add in your milk and pudding mix, mix well with hand mixer or until pudding and milk is well incorporated.
3. Add some crushed Oreo to this mixture and fold the chocolate mixture into the cream.
4. Layer individual glasses with crushed Oreos and the chocolate mousse mixture and then garnish with the set aside and Oreos.

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 165°C.Set aside one cookie.
2. Chop nine cookies and crush the rest; combine crumbs with butter and press into a 23cm pan.
3. Mix cream cheese and sugar, then add sour cream and vanilla. Blend in eggs one at a time.
4. Bake for 55-65 minutes until almost set. Cool, then remove rim.
5. Chill for 4 hours.
6. Garnish with cookie and whipped cream. Enjoy!
